Fairland Contractors Ltd was started by Jim Sutherland in 1990 and is now one of the country’s leading specialists in public house, hotel, shop and leisure refurbishments.
Our Head Office is based in Rickmansworth which provides excellent links to London and the South East where most of our projects are based.
In any one year Fairland will successfully complete over 250 projects ranging from £10,000 ‘sparkle’ projects to £2 million hotel refurbishments.
We are pleased to be established Partnering Contractors with Enterprise Inns and Mitchells and Butlers and we also work extensively with Holiday Inn, Brewdog, Novus Leisure, Zaza Restaurants and Oakman Inns.
Many of our staff have been with us for many years and are proven professionals who take pride in completing projects on time and within budget. We are justifiably proud of the excellent after service we provide as we always endeavour to iron out problems as soon as possible after they occur.
